Beyond that, he was warm, engaging, and easy to talk to, making us feel completely comfortable from the moment we stepped aboard.<br \/>We were fortunate to experience the cruise during Amsterdam's beautiful golden hour, and the city looked absolutely magical. Gliding through the canals as the sun cast a warm glow over the buildings and bridges created a truly unforgettable atmosphere.<br \/>The dinner was wonderful, the boat was comfortable and intimate, and the entire experience felt private, relaxing, and special. It is so cozy and pleasant in such a beautiful, small saloon boat. You can see everything much better, and we were able to get very close to the Amsterdam replica, for example. That isn't possible with the regular tour boats. And, of course, there were also excellently catered snacks and drinks. Incidentally, I got the tip for this trip from one of my cousins, who proposed to his girlfriend last September during a super romantic cruise for two. Rocco was an incredible guide for this romantic tour. It was everything I hoped it would be. Our family took an evening boat ride through the light festival and Scott was able to share details of all the light installations but also tell us more about the city. He balanced it perfectly with guiding us while also leaving us time to chat amongst ourselves. We had a perfect evening and I couldn\u2019t recommend this more. To be able to view the city and city lights from the canals was amazing, weather was chilly but clear and our tour guide Glenn was a wonderful guide with a bit of history and knowledge of the area gave us a great deal of information and appreciation for Amsterdam. Glenn was very warm and friendly and answered all of our questions.
